Method

Mix ingredients into a bowl.

Place lean chicken into a sealable bag.

Pour marinade onto the chicken, seal the plastic bag then gently massage so that the chicken is completely covered in marinade.

Place into the fridge for up to four hours.

Remove the chicken from the sealed bag then grill or bbq.

Be careful if you are grilling using a conventional home appliance, as excess olive oil may become a fire hazard.

Safely dispose of the remaining marinade to avoid contaminating uncooked food.
