Use Pot-Peri as a delicious relish to accompany a variety of hot or cold dishes, or stir into stews, soups, stir-fries and more; one spoonful is all you need.

Garlic Pot-Peri, as a Marinade.

  1. ½ cup of olive oil

  2. 1 teaspoon of salt (optional)

  3. 1 desert spoon of Garlic Pot-Peri



  • Mix ingredients into a bowl.

  • Place lean chicken into a sealable bag.

  • Pour marinade onto the chicken, seal the plastic bag then gently massage so that the chicken is completely covered in marinade.

  • Place into the fridge for up to four hours.

  • Remove the chicken from the sealed bag then grill or bbq.

  • Be careful if you are grilling using a conventional home appliance, as excess olive oil may become a fire hazard.

  • Safely dispose of the remaining marinade to avoid contaminating uncooked food.

  1. 350 grams of pitted green olives

  2. 1 dessert spoon of Garlic Pot-Peri

  3. Sprig of parley


  • Pour the olives into a bowl

  • Add the parsley

  • Add the Garlic Pot-Peri

  • Mix and serve with cocktail sticks

Garlic Pot-Peri BBQ Glaze

This little number is simple and only takes a few minutes to make, The taste and aroma however are a different story,



  1. 6 table spoons of olive oil 

  2. 1 teaspoon of salt (optional)

  3. 1 dessert spoon of Garlic Pot-Peri


  • Pour the olive oil into a bowl

  • Add the Garlic Pot-Peri,

  • Add the salt

  • Stir into a paste

  • BBQ the or grill the beef or chick on both sides until cooked

  • Spoon on the Garlic Pot-Peri and olive olive glaze before before serving.
